Method

- Combine the oats and milk in a small non-stick pan.
- Bring them to the boil and stir continuously for a further minute until it’s nice and smooth.
- Leave the porridge to stand for another minute before pouring it into a bowl.
- Top it with coconut yoghurt, banana slices, fresh coconut shavings and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
- Spoon on some lovely Lyle’s Golden Syrup and serve up the perfect porridge.
