What do you need to know about Safari Rewards?
What is the rewards scheme?
Safari Rewards is designed for you to earn points when you buy eligible products within the scheme. These points can then be built up and used to redeem vouchers.
How do I join the rewards scheme?
Eligible customers can join our rewards scheme by signing up on our website here or by speaking to your local telesales team or account manager.
How do I earn points?
Points are earned by shopping eligible products and with over 4000 products within our rewards scheme, theres plenty of points to be earned monthly. Additionally you can earn more points by shopping our Safari Xtra or Safari Bonus rewards.
How can I check my points balance?
You can check your points balance by logging into your Safari account or by contacting one our team members by emailing safarirewards@bidfood.co.uk
How do I redeem my points?
Your points can be redeemed on your rewards account. Points are earned from 1st January – 31st December and expire on the 31st March the following year. You must spend your points before they expire.
Does my rewards account open automatically when I start trading with Bidfood?
No, you must activate your account here or contact a dedicated team member.
Are there any exclusions?
Certain products are excluded from our Safari Points. Please refer to our T&Cs to see what the exclusions are.
Can I transfer my points to someone else?
No, points are non-transferable and can only be redeemed by the account holder.
