The Caterer’s Product Excellence Awards annually recognise excellence and innovation in food, drink and equipment products within the hospitality sector. In 2017 there were twenty-eight categories to enter products into. Then the judges chose 3 finalists in each category after which one product was crowned as the winner, having been judged as the best of the best! On top of this there were also 2 ‘winner of winner’ awards.

Since the introduction of the FIC regulations in November 2014 allergen aware ‘freefrom’ catering has been in growth in foodservice, and the awards encourage innovation and celebrate excellence.
