We work with some of the best growers and foodservice suppliers from around the UK and overseas, enabling us to supply fresh, wholesale fruit and vegetables, dairy and dry store ingredients to caterers throughout the UK. We also source a select range of fresh, wholesale fish and seafood and wholesale meat for those looking for a consolidated fresh delivery.
We understand the complexities and the seasonality of the fresh produce market and are dedicated to providing you with consistent quality and availability.
We operate to the highest retail quality standards with our BRC A grade accreditation, and have full traceability to ensure all our products are delivered with the highest specifications.
We supply UK produce when in season, and our established relationships with global growers and contract purchasing with overseas suppliers helps ensure availability of special produce such as exotics, grown further afield as well as produce out of season in the UK.

We are ideally set up to serve the whole of Britain with fresh deliveries each day from our BRC accredited warehouses and distribution facilities in Bradford, Hoddesdon, Wolverhampton, Salisbury and Chepstow, via your local Bidfood depot.
Working with our buyers and suppliers, we compile concise and informative Crop Reports and seasonal information to help you make the most of the produce when it is at its best. We also offer seasonality charts, allergens and nutritional information, new product information and recipe suggestions.
