Method:

Fill a tumbler glass with ice and pour in the liqueur, whiskey and lime juice. Top with Sanpellegrino Ginger Beer and mix gently. Finish with a wedge of lime and a sprig of mint.

Ingredients:

  • 100ml Sanpellegrino Tonica Citrus
  • 40ml Sloe Gin
  • 20ml fresh lemon juice
  • 4 teaspoons brown sugar

 

Method:

Fill a highball with ice. Shake the lemon juice, Sloe Gin and sugar with ice and pour into your glass. Top with Sanpellegrino Tonica Citrus and garnish with a lemon zest twist.

  • 50ml aged gin

Method:

Into a highball pour gin, syrup and lemon juice. Fill with ice and stir. Top with Sanpellegrino Tonica Oakwood and finish with two dashes of bitters. Garnish with a lemon zest twist and sprig of mint.

Sanpellegrino Orange Riviera with Tonica Tastefully Light

Ingredients:

  • 50 ml Whiskey
  • 25 ml Lemon Juice
  • 25 ml Orange syrup
  • 120 ml Sanpellegrino Tonica Tastefully Light

 

Method:

To make the syrup, boil 50ml of orange juice with 50g caster sugar. Strain and let it cool. Shake with whiskey and lemon juice and pour into a wine glass of ice. Top with Sanpellegrino Tonica Light and garnish with an orange wedge.

 

Taste: Deep and earthy with a bittersweet kick.

 

ABV: 8.7%
