The successful applicant will work through a structured and challenging 18 month programme, combining diverse on-the-job practical experience with a series of learning modules to develop and strengthen their knowledge and skills. Throughout the programme, you’ll work within Warehouse, Stock Control and the Transport departments in a managerial role that are all relevant areas of our organisation to help you reach an in-depth understanding of our operations.

We are looking for graduate calibre 2.1 degree, talented individual who have a passion for, and a genuine interest in, working within a fast-paced foodservice business. You’ll need a flexible approach that demonstrates your ability to develop relationships with our people and our customers with the potential to lead others and drive improvement.

You’ll need to learn rapidly when receiving on-the-job training and show a hands-on approach, as well as being able to quickly master all processes within the operations with all their complexity, the support functions (HR, Finance, Account Management, Compliance, etc.), and the commercial reports.

You’ll be expected to confidently lead teams of people and or projects within a relatively short period of time, ensuring the departments complete tasks required of them.  We expect the successful candidate to bring a degree of aptitude and innovation, pro-actively making decisions and to deliver improvements to our business.

You will possess excellent communication skills, have the ability to analyse high levels of data and use the information obtained to improve efficiencies and service levels.
