In this fast paced role no two days are the same. Our ultimate goal is to keep the customer at the heart of everything we do and to do this you need to be good at building strong relationships with customers by really understanding their needs and looking for solutions to keep them happy and profitable.
You will be responsible for identifying and developing Independent and UDM customers by analyzing sales data, introducing new concepts, minimizing order losses in order to increase our market share, you will also be required to achieve your new business targets.
Your performance will be in line with agreed company KPIs including business growth and depot support whilst maintaining and exceeding personal customer activity as set by line manager. Effective time, area management and being able to create and deliver in call agenda, a strong pipeline and planned and prepped journey planners that is both cost effective and meets business guidelines
You must bring a real passion to succeed with excellent selling skills, and a proven ability to regularly exceed sales targets in the Catering Supplies or Catering Equipment category. You will need to be a strong communicator at all levels with a flexible approach that demonstrates your ability to develop relationships with clients internal and external. Also showing us your ability to work just as easily on your own or as part of a mobile team, freely sharing your skills and knowledge.
Mileage in excess of 20000 miles per year – You will have a full driving licence. Occasional overnight stays away from home will also be required.
