Whitby Seafoods sparkling scampi

    Ingredients

    Resolution wholetail scampi 1 pack
    Real mayonnaise or mascarpone cheese 2 tbsps
    Prosecco 1 tbsp

    Method

    1. Cook the scampi to packet instructions.
    2. Whilst cooking, mix together the mayonnaise (or mascarpone) and prosecco.
    3. Once cooked, remove the scampi from the oven and place on a serving plate alongside the festive fizz dip.
    4. Tuck in and enjoy!
    5. For an extra festive twist, why not add in a little drop of edible glitter for extra sparkle.
