Ingredients
Whitby bubble bobble jumbo red shrimp | 40 |
Stokes real tomato ketchup | 180g |
Lea & Perrins Worcestershire sauce | 20ml |
Grey Goose vodka | 30ml |
Everyday Favourites mayonnaise | 220g |
Finely diced celery | 100g |
Everyday Favourites creamed horseradish sauce | 50g |
Little gem salad | 100g |
Everyday Favourites cayenne pepper | 1g |
Method
- Cook the shrimp and keep warm.
- Combine the ketchup with Worcestershire sauce, vodka, mayonnaise, diced celery and horseradish sauce and chill until required.
- To assemble, Mix a small amount of dressing with the little gem salad and place into your chosen dish then top with bubble shrimp, finish with the remainder of the sauce and a sprinkle of cayenne pepper.
