Ingredients
Pre-cooked ravioli | 180g |
Champifri sliced mushrooms | 70g |
Truffle oil | 3ml |
Everyday Favourites chopped leaf spinach | 50g |
White wine sauce | 100g |
Vegetarian hard cheese, grated | 4g |
Method
- Cook the pasta in water according to instructions
- Heat the mushrooms on the hob in the truffle oil
- Add the frozen spinach to the pan and cook off
- Add the white sauce and mix together until hot then mix in the prepared cooked porcini ravioli
- Grate over the Parmesan and season and serve
