Ingredients
Grated Mozzarella | 25g |
Sliced Pepperoni | 25g |
Dried Oregano | 5g |
Italian Pizza Sauce | 35g |
Gluten and Dairy Free Pizza Dough Pucks | 1 |
Method
- Defrost the dough ball and bring it to room temperature.
- Roll out to resemble the shape of a surf board.
- Fold two edges in and add the sauce and cheese and top with pepperoni (or without for a meat-free version).
- Twist the ends to resemble a Christmas cracker. 5. Bake at 200°C for 6 to 8 minutes.
