Arla pro mozzarella large dice | |
Gustoso pizza topping sauce | |
Reggae Reggae sauce | |
Everyday Favourites sliced mixed peppers | |
Tabasco pepper sauce | |
Chicken breast strips 12mm | |
Scotch bonnet fresh | |
Everyday Favourites oregano |
Method
*This recipe has no quantities so get creative and use as much or as little as you want.
- Stretch the dough ball to the required size and shape
- Spread the sauce onto the dough and top with the mozzarella
- Place the mixed peppers and chicken on top
- Spoon evenly the tabasco and Reggae Reggae Sauce
- Garnish with fresh scotch bonnet
- Season with oregano
- Place into the oven and bake according to your oven instructions
