Ingredients
Farmstead minced pork 2kg | 300g |
Bb - mint | 10g |
Tate & Lyle granulated sugar | 10g |
Amoy dark soy sauce | 10ml |
Bb - Garlic prepacked | 4 cloves |
Bb - Lemon medium | 1 |
Bb - Lemon grass | 8 |
Kerrymaid burger slices | Some |
Method
- Place the minced pork, garlic, mint, soy sauce, sugar and lemon juice in a large bowl and season.
- Mix well and divide into 4 burgers. Mould each one into a ball around the lemongrass stalk.
- Barbecue the burgers on a medium heat for 6-8 minutes on each side.
- Top with a Kerrymaid Original Slice.
