Tex Mex hotdog

Ingredients

Uncle John's premium 7" beechwood smoked bockwurst sausages 72g 4
Everyday Favourites Mk6 hot dog rolls 6" 4
The Real Deli guacemole to serve
Santa Maria sliced jalapenos 20
Everyday Favourites thick & chunky salsa to serve
Long Clawson mild cheddar cheese slices with jalapeno peppers 12 slices

Method

  1. Grill fry or boil the hot dog until cooked through.
  2. Slice open the hot dog buns and gentle toast in the oven.
  3. Place the cheese slice in the bun placing the hot dog within the cheese.
  4. Add the salsa and guacamole on top of the hot dog.
  5. Sprinkle over the jalapenos.
