Ingredients
Fontinella sliced jalapenos | 100g |
Zorba delicacies guacamole | 200g |
Sour cream | 100g |
Everyday Favorites beef chilli con carne | 650g |
Santa Maria original tortilla chips | 100g |
Premium Selection steak burger puck | 10 |
Beef tomato | 2 |
Cos lettuce | 2 |
Hellman's mayonnaisse | 200ml |
Premium Selection brioche burger bun | 10 |
Montery jack slices | 20 |
Method
- Collate all your ingredients
- Grill your burger & bacon - to your liking and keep warm
- Slice your tomato & cos lettuce and keep chilled until required
- To build your burger - toast the bun and keep warm
- Top the base of the bun with mayonnaise
- Build up with cos & sliced tomato
- Top with the burger and monterey jack slices grill until the cheese is slightly melted
- Top with the tortilla chips, warmed chilli, guacamole, sour cream & jalapeños
- Finish with the top bun & serve
