Ingredients
Premium Selection brioche hot dog roll 8.5″ | 10 |
Uncle John's premium 9″ beechwood smoked Bockwurst sausages | 10 |
Lee Kum Kee Teriyaki sauce | 140g |
Mixed slaw dressed with lime juice and sesame oil | 200g |
Fresh coriander sprigs | 20g |
Everyday Favourites crispy fried onions | 100g |
Everyday Favourites sesame seeds | 40g |
Method
- Warm the hot dog roll
- Place the Bockwurst onto a tray and brush with the Teriyaki sauce and cook in the oven for 4-5 minutes at 180c, keep basting with more sauce until glazed and hot
- Place the glazed sausages into the rolls and top with the slaw
- Finish with coriander sprigs, crispy fried onions and drizzle with a little more sauce and toasted sesame seeds
