Ingredients
mango, peeled and diced | 3 |
Coriander, chopped | 20g |
Red onion, chopped | 120g |
Red chilli, chopped | 12g |
Lime juice | 15ml |
Olive oil | 60ml |
Rockport fresh tuna loin | 10 |
Tamarind sauce | 180g |
Lime, wedges | 5 |
Method
- Peel and dice the mango, chop the coriander, red onion and chilli, then mix together with lime juice and half the olive oil in a bowl and set to one side
- Chargrill and glaze the tuna with tamarind
- Serve together with salsa and fresh lime and an avocado, azuki bean and black rice salad
