Ingredients
Cook Asia Chop Suey noodles | 650g |
Everyday Favourites extended life vegetable oil | 20ml |
Red Tractor chicken breast strips | 600g |
Bb - Prep mixed vegetable Asian stir fry | 800g |
Everyday Favourites Edamame soya beans | 200g |
Knorr Blue Dragon Create More Concentrated Szechuan sauce | 200ml |
Water | 200ml |
Method
- Place the oil in a pan and gently heat
- Add the chicken and fry until it’s cooked through and golden
- Add the vegetables and flash fry. Fold through the beans and add the Szechuan sauce and water
- Once the stir fry is piping hot, fold through the noodles before serving it out
