Ingredients
Olive oil | 100ml |
Red onion, diced | 300g |
Mushrooms, sliced | 600g |
Double cream | 300ml |
Farmstead bistro burger | 20 |
Brioche burger bun | 10 |
Gruyere-style block | 400g |
Little gem lettuce pieces | 5 |
Method
- Place the oil into a hot frying pan then add finely diced red onion, mushrooms and cream and quickly sauté. - Keep warm.
- Cook the burger then toast the bun and keep warm
- Melt the cheese on the burger and top with the mushroom mix.
- Layer the burgers with little gem and serve.
