Ingredients
Loscoe sliced roasted chicken strips | 250g |
Everyday Favourites sweet chilli sauce | 130g |
Everyday Favourites sweetcorn | 100g |
Everyday Favourites crushed chillies | 3g |
Everyday Favourites white bread & roll mix | 350g |
Method
- Whilst making the raw bread dough add the chicken and 100g of the sweet chilli sauce and sweetcorn to the mix and keep mixing until all fully mixed.
- Take out the dough and roll into a large shaped baguette, place on a greased tray and proof for 15 minutes.
- Score diagonally across the top of the baguette and spread the remaining chilli sauce across the top, sprinkle with chilli flakes.
- Bake @ 180°c for 15 - 20 minutes until the base is fully cooked then serve.
