Ingredients
Everyday Favourites chocolate flavour ice cream | 2 scoops |
Everyday Favourites vanilla flavour ice cream | 2 scoops |
Everyday Favourites chocolate brownie traybake pre-cut | 1 piece |
Strawberries (chopped) | 2 – 3 |
Everyday Favourites thaw & serve milk chocolate cookies | 2 |
Everyday Favourites UHT dairy whipping cream | 20ml |
Callebaut® 811 dark chocolate callets | 25g |
Method
- Place the chocolate in a small bowl and heat in the microwave, stirring every 20 seconds until you have smooth, creamy chocolate sauce.
- Place the bowl in cold water to reduce the temperature of mixture.
- Pour half the sauce round the inside of the sundae glass.
- Place one scoop of ice cream into the glass, crumble cookie, brownie pieces, fruit and repeat.
- Top with remaining sauce and callets.
