Ingredients
Premium Selection rustic sourdough sliced bloomer | 4 slices |
Yutaka 100% natural traditional Korean Kimchi | 120g |
Everyday Favourites Monterey jack cheese 20g slices | 8 slices |
Everyday Favourites free range medium eggs | 4 |
Sriracha hot chilli sauce | 10ml |
Sliced radish fresh | 40g |
Lee Kum Kee premium dark soy sauce | 10ml |
Method
- Toast the sourdough bread and then top with Kimchi, sliced cheese and glaze.
- Meanwhile fry the eggs. Once the cheese has glazed, top with the egg, sriracha sauce, radish and a drizzle of soy sauce.
