Ingredients
White Onions - diced | 120g |
Leon cooking chorizo - chopped | 160g |
Everyday Favourites baked beans | 180g |
Santa Maria chipotle paste | 20g |
Casa de Mare sea salt | 1g |
Fresh spinach | 10g |
British free range scrambled egg bites - plain | 60 |
Farmstead unsmoked rindless streaky bacon | 10 slices |
Method
- Add the diced onions and chopped chorizo into a saucepan and cook until the oil is released then add the beans, chipotle paste and salt. Cook for a further 2-3 minutes then remove from the heat and set to one side.
- Grill your streaky bacon until a little crispy.
- Place the bean mix into your chosen container and top with spinach, the bacon and plain egg bites. Finish in the oven or microwave.
