Ingredients
Soft spread | 150g |
Free range medium eggs | 3 |
Beetroot cooked | 75g |
Plain flower | 75g |
Caster sugar | 275g |
Reduced fat cocoa powder | 75g |
Method
- Melt the butter and sugar together in a pan and then fold through the eggs whilst continuing to stir.
- Add the cocoa powder and flour to the mix and fold together.
- Grate in the beetroot and fold through the mix.
- Place the batter in a baking tray and cook in the oven on 160°c for 15 minutes.
