    Ingredients

    Isle of Arran cheddar Wooden board
    Isle of Kintyre brie
    Isle of Kintyre (blue)
    Isle of Kintyre (apple smoke)
    Rannoch Smokery chicken
    Rannoch Smokery duck
    Rannoch Smokery venison
    John Ross smoked salmon de-cut pre-pack
    Nairns Gluten Free oatcakes Accompaniments
    Wooleys Oaties
    Arran caramelised red onion chutney
    Arran country tomato chutney

    Method

    1. Assemble the meat, cheese and accompaniments onto a wooden board
    2. Serve with a Scottish Mojito – made Kintyre gin and Summerhouse Mint O Lemonade
