Ingredients

Salt beef brisket joint 2.5kg
Sourdough bloomer 1
French mustard 300ml
Everyday Favourites mayonnaise 300g
Emmental slices 200g
Barrel sauerkraut 400g
Gherkins 300g
Tomato chutney 300g
Rocket 120g

Method

  1. Cook the salt beef as per instructions on pack
  2. Cook the bread and slice
  3. Mix the mustard and mayonnaise together
  4. Slice the salt beef and keep warm
  5. Toast the bread and layer up all the ingredients as desired
