Ingredients
Pier 7 raw Scottish salmon portions | 10 |
Mixed grains | 600g |
Mixed peppers | 3 |
Gustoso multi use tmato base | 500ml |
Avocado | 3 |
Organic Crème Fraiche half fat | 200g |
Method
- Place the salmon on a baking tray and the sliced peppers and bake in the oven for 180°C for 10 -12 minutes till golden but still soft to touch.
- Heat the tomato sauce.
- Serve on mixed grains with the sliced avocado mixed with the crème fraiche.
