Ingredients
Pan Artisan sourdough pizza dough ball | 1 |
Pure olive oil glass | 10ml |
Maggi rich & rustic tomato sauce | 100g |
Vegan mozzarisella cheese | 60g |
Il Pesatore grilled artichokes | 80g |
Sapori D’Italia Sicilian semi-dried tomatoes | 40g |
Everyday Favourites oregano | 1g |
Vegan grated Parmesan-style cheese | 15g |
Method
- Defrost the dough ball as per the instructions on the case.
- Pin the dough ball out to the required thickness and rub with the olive oil.
- Top with the tomato sauce.
- Top with the vegan mozzarisella.
- Finish with the artichokes and semi-dried tomatoes.
- Sprinkle with oregano and Parmesan and bake for 10-12 minutes in a hot oven at 220°C.
