Rustica pizza

Ingredients

Pan Artisan sourdough pizza dough ball 1
Pure olive oil glass 10ml
Maggi rich & rustic tomato sauce 100g
Vegan mozzarisella cheese 60g
Il Pesatore grilled artichokes 80g
Sapori D’Italia Sicilian semi-dried tomatoes 40g
Everyday Favourites oregano 1g
Vegan grated Parmesan-style cheese 15g

Method

  1. Defrost the dough ball as per the instructions on the case.
  2. Pin the dough ball out to the required thickness and rub with the olive oil.
  3. Top with the tomato sauce.
  4. Top with the vegan mozzarisella.
  5. Finish with the artichokes and semi-dried tomatoes.
  6. Sprinkle with oregano and Parmesan and bake for 10-12 minutes in a hot oven at 220°C.
