Ingredients
Chantenay carrots | 1.2kg |
Everyday Favourites pure Canadian maple syrup | 40g |
Everyday Favourites unsalted butter, melted | 50g |
Sea salt | 4g |
Thyme | 5g |
Method
- Place the carrots onto an oven tray and coat with maple syrup and melted butter, season with salt and chopped thyme and roast until tender.
