Ingredients
Delifrance sourdough half baguette | 10 |
Everyday Favourites coarse grain mustard | 180g |
Everyday Favourites mayonnaise | 180g |
Sauerkraut | 300g |
Farmstead Deli red brisket pastrami | 30 slices |
Slices whole gherkins | 20 |
Chargrilled little gem fresh | 10 |
Everyday Favourites Monterey jack cheese 20g slices | 20 slices |
French's American mustard | 20g |
Method
- Bake the baguette as per the instructions on the pack and allow to cool. Split lengthways and toast.
- Mix the mustard & mayonnaise together and equally spread over the bottom part of the baguette.
- Load with sauerkraut, pastrami, sliced gherkins, little gem and cheese slices.
- Place under the grill until the cheese has melted then top with American mustard.
- Place the top of the baguette on and slice as required.
