Ingredients
Everyday Favourites puff pastry block | 375g |
Premium Selection red cabbage in an apple, cranberry and orange zest | 300g |
Everyday Favourites medium Brussels sprouts | 150g |
Everyday Favourites extra fine green beans | 150g |
Sage, finely chopped | 1 tbsp |
Everyday Favourites salted butter | 20g |
Gustoso vegetarian grated hard cheese | 40g |
Method
- Preheat the oven to 200°C
- Roll out the puff pastry onto a rectangle and place onto a baking sheet. Fold the edges over to make a frame
- Prick pastry with a fork and cook for 15 minutes (it should come out part-cooked)
- Whilst the pastry is cooking, heat up the red cabbage and steam the green beans and sprouts (separately)
- Melt the butter in a pan with the sage
- Remove the part-cooked pastry from the oven and brush the edges with a little milk. Spread the red cabbage on top of the pastry, followed by the sprouts and then green beans in lines. Pour the sage butter over the vegetables and sprinkle parmesan
- Place back in the oven and cook for 10-15 minutes or until the edges are golden
