Ingredients

Vegetable oil 15ml
QuornPro Burgers 10
Vegan mayonnaise 100g
Vegan brioche burger buns, lightly toasted 10
Lettuce 200g
Tomatoes, sliced 400g
Coleslaw mix – white cabbage, carrot, red cabbage 200g
Pickled red onions 150g
Vegan cheese sauce 150g

Method

  1. Heat oil in a pan or griddle and fry burgers for 12-14 minutes, turning frequently or until core temperature is reached. Alternatively, fry for a minute on each side, then finish cooking in a pre-heated oven at 180C until core temperature is reached.
  2. To build the burger, spread mayo on the bottom of the bun, followed by lettuce, tomatoes, and slaw. Top with the cooked burger and pickled red onions. Finish with a generous drizzle of cheese sauce and top with the burger bun lid.
