Vegan brioche burger buns, lightly toasted | 10 |

Tomatoes, sliced | 400g |
Coleslaw mix – white cabbage, carrot, red cabbage | 200g |
Pickled red onions | 150g |
Vegan cheese sauce | 150g |

- Heat oil in a pan or griddle and fry burgers for 12-14 minutes, turning frequently or until core temperature is reached. Alternatively, fry for a minute on each side, then finish cooking in a pre-heated oven at 180C until core temperature is reached.
- To build the burger, spread mayo on the bottom of the bun, followed by lettuce, tomatoes, and slaw. Top with the cooked burger and pickled red onions. Finish with a generous drizzle of cheese sauce and top with the burger bun lid.
