Quorn Vegan Ham & Cheeze Basket | 1 |
Large potato | 1 |
Red onion | 1/4 |
Tomato | 1/4 |
Portion of rocket salad |

- Place the Quorn basket on a baking tray; pre heat oven and bake from frozen at 170°C for 25 minutes.
- Leave skin on the potato and wash thoroughly. Cut into chips.
- Rinse the chips under cold water until the water runs clear – to remove some of the starch. Pat dry.
- Heat oil in a deep fat fryer, set temperature to 130°C and lower chips into fryer once temperature reached.
- Cook for 8-10 mins – stay with fryer, do not leave unattended.
- Remove chips after 10 mins and set aside to dry. Season to taste; salt & pepper or freshly chopped rosemary .
- Finely chop the red onion, tomato and place on the plate with a side of rocket.
- Place chips on the plate, add the Quorn basket and serve.
