Ingredients
Everyday Favourites plain flour | 500g |
Sun-Pat smooth peanut butter | 30g |
Alpro organic unsweetened soya milk | 700ml |
Three colour quinoa | 100g |
Dr Oetker gluten free baking powder | 6g |
Everyday Favourites ground ginger | 4g |
Fresh lemon juice | 15g |
Everyday Favourites pure Canadian maple syrup | 30ml |
Everyday Favourites ground cinnamon | 6g |
KTC coconut oil | 1 tsp |
Method
- Mix all the ingredients together apart from the coconut oil and set to one side for 10 minutes.
- Heat a frying pan and add the coconut oil, laddle in the batter and cook for 1-2 minutes until bubbles form on the surface then turn over and continue to cook on each side - use all the mixture.
- Serve warm with a choice of toppings - we recommend fresh berries and maple syrup.
