Ingredients
MSC Whitby breaded haddock goujons | 30 |
Premium Selection sourdough sandwich square | 10 |
Everyday Favourites tartare sauce | 200g |
Sliced beef tomato | 30 slices |
Avocado IQF slices | 200g |
Little gem lettuce | 20 leaves |
Pre-poached eggs | 10 |
Rocket | 50g |
Everyday Favourites cracked black peppercorn | 2g |
Lemon | 1 |
Method
- Fry the goujons as per cooking instructions and keep warm.
- Cut the sourdough square in half and toast.
- Spread with tartare sauce, then 3 slices of tomato on the bun, then avocado slices, little gem, cooked haddock goujons, hot poached egg, fresh rocket & cracked black pepper.
- Serve with lemon wedge to drizzle.
