Posh fish finger sandwich

Ingredients

MSC Whitby breaded haddock goujons 30
Premium Selection sourdough sandwich square 10
Everyday Favourites tartare sauce 200g
Sliced beef tomato 30 slices
Avocado IQF slices 200g
Little gem lettuce 20 leaves
Pre-poached eggs 10
Rocket 50g
Everyday Favourites cracked black peppercorn 2g
Lemon 1

Method

  1. Fry the goujons as per cooking instructions and keep warm.
  2. Cut the sourdough square in half and toast.
  3. Spread with tartare sauce, then 3 slices of tomato on the bun, then avocado slices, little gem, cooked haddock goujons, hot poached egg, fresh rocket & cracked black pepper.
  4. Serve with lemon wedge to drizzle.
