Ingredients
Farmstead pork & leek sausage 8’s | 20 |
Everyday Favourites mashed potato | 1.8kg |
Everyday Favourites coarse grain mustard | 40g |
Everyday Favourites salted butter | 100g |
Pure olive oil | 50ml |
Everyday Favourites sliced onions | 200g |
Aspall draught suffolk Cyder | 660ml |
Everyday Favourites gluten free fine gravy granules | 200ml |
Method
- Cook the sausages as per manufacturers instructions and keep warm.
- Heat the mashed potato and then add the mustard & butter (keep warm.)
- Heat a large pan and add the oil then add the onions and cook until caramelised, add the cider and reduce by half.
- Make the gravy as per instructions and add this to the onion and cider mix and continue to cook for a further 3-4 minutes.
- To serve place the mash on the plate and top with two sausages then drizzle with the cider sauce.
