Ingredients
Cooked pigs in blankets | 40 |
Brioche hotdog rolls | 10 |
Beef gravy | 400g |
Pre-sliced turkey saddle | 400g |

Method
- Cook the pigs in blankets and keep warm
- Crisp the brioche roll in a frying pan with a little butter until golden on the outside.
- Make the gravy and keep warm.
- Layer all the ingredients and drizzle with gravy or use a dipping pot
