Pear crumble with salted caramel sauce

A delicious combination of pear and salted caramel sauce topped with crumble

Ingredients

Conference pears 2kg
Caramel condensed milk 800g
Sea salt 6g
Everyday Favourites crumble mix 1.5kg
Everyday Favourites ready to serve custard 1.2kg

Method

  1. Peel and core the pears and then cut into even size chunks
  2. Place into a pan with a little water and cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly softened then stir in the caramel and sea salt and place into a large oven proof dish.
  3. Top with the crumble mix as per pack instructions and bake until golden and hot
  4. Serve with warmed custard or ice cream if you prefer
