Ingredients
Conference pears | 2kg |
Caramel condensed milk | 800g |
Sea salt | 6g |
Everyday Favourites crumble mix | 1.5kg |
Everyday Favourites ready to serve custard | 1.2kg |
Method
- Peel and core the pears and then cut into even size chunks
- Place into a pan with a little water and cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly softened then stir in the caramel and sea salt and place into a large oven proof dish.
- Top with the crumble mix as per pack instructions and bake until golden and hot
- Serve with warmed custard or ice cream if you prefer
