Ingredients
Sourdough ciabatta burger bun | 2 |
Everyday Favourites walnut pieces | 100g |
Pecan nuts | 100g |
Conference pear, sliced | 500g |
Watercress | 200g |
Premium Selection Blue Stilton | 500g |
Cold pressed rapeseed oil | 100ml |
Dijon mustard | 30g |
Caster sugar | 40g |
Sea salt | 3g |
Everyday Favourites cracked black peppercorn | 1g |
Lemons, juiced | 2 |
Method
- Dice the bread and bake until golden, toast the walnuts and pecans.
- Slice the pear and place into a bowl with watercress and crumbled Stilton.
- To make the dressing, add the oil, dijon, sugar, salt and black pepper. Add the juice from two lemons in a blender and combine together.
- Dress the leaf and salad and then mix in the walnuts/pecans and croutons.
