Ingredients
Everyday Favourites cheesecake filling mix | 400g |
Monin passion fruit purée | 100ml |
Fresh raspberries | 2 |
Lotus biscoff crumbs | 50g |
Pink and white mini mallows | 50g |
Chocolate garnish | 10 |
Method
- Make the cheesecake mix as per instructions on pack and allow to chill
- Take a piping bag with star nozzle and drizzle the passion fruit purée around the inside of the bag (down the sides)
- Whisk up the cheesecake mix and fill the bag, then pipe into your chosen pots
- Top with fresh raspberries, a little of the biscoff crumb, more passion fruit purée, toasted mini marshmallows and chocolate garnish
