Ingredients
Rockport boned fresh haddock fillets | |
Everyday Favourites salted butter | 100g |
Chorizo | 300g |
Baby capers | 150g |
Lemon, juiced | 3 |
Chive, chopped | 10g |
Parsley, chopped | 10g |
Rocket | 500g |
Method
- Pan roast the haddock in oil and butter and then remove and allow to rest (keep warm)
- Add chopped chorizo and butter and quickly sauté, add capers, lemon juice and chopped herbs
- Serve the hake and chorizo mix with salad and fresh lemon wedges
