Everyday Favourites free range eggs, beaten | 2 |
Everyday Favourites plain flour | 250g |
Fresh boneless cod fillets | 4 |
Nestlé Harvest Home® corn flakes | 100g |

- Pre-heat oven to 200°C.
- Place the beaten eggs into a bowl.
- Place the flour into a separate bowl.
- Season the cod fillets with salt and black pepper.
- Add Nestlé Harvest Home® corn flakes to a separate bowl.
- Dip each cod fillet in egg mixture to coat, then into flour and then into the corn flakes to form a good crust.
- Place the fillets onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper and cook for around 20 minutes until the fish is soft and flaky to touch with a fork.
