Ingredients

Everyday Favourites plain flour | 1.5 kg |
Dry yeast | 2g |
Water | 960 ml |
Everyday Favourites salt | 28g |
For the tomato sauce | |
Tomato paste | 1 kg |
Garlic | 6g |
Oregano | 2g |
Everyday Favourites salt | 1.5g |
Pinch of black pepper | |
Olive oil | 20ml |
For the toppings | |
Arla Pro Pizza Topping sticks | 750g |
Anchovies | 150g |
Oregano | 1g |
Fresh basil | 1g |
Olive oil | 1 ml |
Method

Pizza base- Mix flour and dry yeast together. Add water and knead the dough for 5 minutes.
- Add salt and knead for another 10 minutes.
- Fold the dough a couple of times then divide the dough into 10 portions and roll it into balls.
- Place the dough balls in a well-oiled container and wrap well. Leave to proof overnight in the chiller.
- Blend together all the ingredients until smooth.
- Let it rest for a while or overnight.
- Shape the base thinly and apply the tomato sauce.
- Add the toppings.
- Bake at 375°C for 3 to 4 minutes.
- Finish with a drizzle of olive oil.
