Ingredients
Mushroom and crumbly blue arancini | 1kg |
Vegan bacon rashers | 100g |
Vegan mayonnaise | 300ml |
Black truffle oil | 6ml |
Chives, chopped | 10g |
Everyday Favourites whole black peppercorn | 1g |
Multi use tomato base | 200g |
Vegan Italian style grated hard cheese | 100g |
Method
- Deep fry the arancini as per cooking instructions and keep warm, then cook the bacon and keep warm.
- Mix the mayonnaise with the truffle oil, chopped chives and cracked black pepper and place into a squeezy bottle.
- Gently warm the sauce and place onto your plate then top with the arancini, truffle mayo, crispy bacon and grated cheese, finish with more chopped chives and serve.
