Ingredients
Punnet strawberries | 250g |
6 ready made meringues or 4 nests | roughly crushed |
Müllerlight strawberry yogurts | 2 |
Mint leaves | to decorate |
Method
- Wash, dry and hull the strawberries then roughly chop.
- Layer the strawberries, meringues and yogurt into four glasses. Take a spoon, place in the middle and give the mixture a turn.
- Chill no more than 30 minutes, decorate with mint leaves and serve.
