Ingredients
Lamb mince | 1kg |
Street food Mughlai butter cardamom paste | 200g |
Everyday Favourites ground black pepper | 16g |
Premium Selection brioche burger bun 4.5" | 10 |
Everyday Favourites onion bhajis | 20 |
Lion yogurt and mint dressing | 300ml |
Everyday Favourites mango chutney | 200g |
Method
- Mix the lamb mince with the street food Mughlai cardamom paste and black pepper and form into 10 even size patties - set to one side and chill
- Brush the patties with oil and chargrill until cooked - 6-8 mins
- Toast the bun and brush with melted butter
- Cook the onion bhajis and crush slightly - top the burger with them
- To assemble - spread the mango chutney on the base of the bun, then add the burger and crushed bhajis
- Top with some mixed leaf and drizzle the yogurt and mint dressing
- Finish with the top of the bun and serve
