Ingredients
Italian gnocchi | 180g |
Arrabbiata sauce | 160g |
Everyday Favourites chopped leaf spinach | 30g |
Baby capers non-pareil | 12g |
Black olives, sliced | 13g |
Pimento red peppers, chopped | 30g |
Mascarpone | 12g |
Method
- Cook the gnocchi as per instructions
- Heat the arrabbiata sauce on the hob or in the microwave
- Add the spinach, capers, black olives and chopped pimentos and heat through
- Add the prepared gnocchi
- Add the mascarpone on top, season and serve
