Ingredients
McCain SureCrisp Thin Skin On Fries | 450g |
Mayonnaise | 30g |
Milk | 1tsp |
Garlic powder | 1tsp |

Hoisin sauce | 30g |
Sriracha sauce | 3tsp |
Chopped salted, roasted peanuts | 30g |
Cilantro, roughly chopped | 3tbsp |

- Cook the fries according to package directions. While the fries are cooking, chop the cilantro and prepare the garlic mayonnaise.
- To make the garlic mayonnaise, place the mayonnaise, milk, and garlic powder in a bowl and stir to combine.
- When the fries are done, season with a pinch of salt if desired. Pile them on a long oval or rectangular plate. Drizzle with hoisin, sriracha, and garlic mayonnaise. Start with 2 teaspoons of sriracha and adjust to preference. Top with crushed peanuts and chopped cilantro.
