Fresh coriander | 10g |

Farmstead unsmoked rindless streaky bacon | 20 |
Sweet Tamarind paste | 100g |
Greek style yoghurt | 100g |
Pre-poached eggs | 10 |

Method
- Create the masala spice, grind the cloves, cardamom, removing cardamom husks, mix in the ground ginger, cinnamon and black pepper
- Heat a pan, add the onions and butter, cooked until golden and soft
- Add the garlic, chilli and spice mix and cook for 5 minutes, add the beans and tomato sauce, cook for 15 minutes
- Chop the coriander and add, season with salt and pepper and keep warm
- Heat the grill put the bacon on a tray and brush with tamarind, grill, turn over and brush again, keep basting till cooked and charred. Toast the naan
- Warm the poached eggs, divide the beans into serving bowls top with poached eggs, bacon and yoghurt, garnish with coriander and sliced green chilli if you like, serve with naan breads
