Ingredients
Grated mozerella and mild cheddar cheese | 300g |
Hovis best of both bread and roll mix | 300g |
Gustoso multi use tomato base | 350g |
Water | 180ml |
Method
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
- Place the Hovis bread mix in a bowl with a dough hook. Add the water and mix on medium speed for 6 minutes.
- Roll the dough out to fit the tin, then prick the base with a fork and leave n a warm place to proof for 10 minutes.
- Once proofed, spread the sauce over the base and sprinkle over the cheese.
- Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes until the pizza is golden brown and the base is crisp.
